In an era of talent show winners and disposable ‘pop stars’, CURRAN stand out from the rest, not only as artists, and song writers, but as bona fide Rock Stars. From New Jersey to Nashville, growing up Mark Curran was surrounded, and influenced by a plethora of music’s finest. Having spent the last couple years on the road supporting FRANKIE BALLARD, TUCKER BEATHARD, The QUIREBOYS, and most recently DRAKE WHITE, CURRAN are now taking their unique brand of Rock N Roll Country Soul around the UK on their first ever headlining tour. Having just released their brand new single exclusively on Spotify, and with a new album due out later this year, CURRAN are hoping to bring back a much-needed excitement to music. Building upon great and honest songwriting, CURRAN leave their hearts on the stage every time. “Whether it’s five people or 5,000 people, it’s the same show!” “We’re just trying to play honest music and entertain you! All we’re asking for is a chance, come see us, and I promise.....you won’t regret it!”
The first thing you notice about UK duo Holloway Road’s live performance is that it doesn’t look like country music; they’re more baseball caps and trainers than Stetsons and boots. But the sound they make sits somewhere between the country-pop chart and the Nashville songwriting they both grew up listening to. The second thing you notice is the crowd’s response; Holloway Road have spent the last two years playing throughout the UK & Europe, honing their live show. Playing the Martin stage at CMA Fest 2015, performing for the Country to Country (C2C) crowds two consecutive years, partying with Kacey Musgraves, and landing both their EPs in the iTunes country top ten thanks to radio play across the UK . Success in a growing international country scene is increasingly becoming part of the Holloway Road story.
Having spent time on the road supporting Rascal Flatts, Keith Urban and Tim McGraw, and singing back up for Martina Mcbride, and Jason Aldean, Mississippi native SHELLY FAIRCHILD isn’t new to the industry – but she’s far from old news. A staple in the Nashville music community, Fairchild hit the scene to much acclaim with her debut album Ride. The project introduced the young artist’s soulful, gospel-tinged brand of alternative country and spawned a Top 40 hit. She again found success in her second release, Ruby’s Money– but it’s her latest release Bufalo, that marks a milestone in her life and career. With current single MISSISSIPPI TURNPIKE tearing up the airwaves, Shelly made a return to the GRAND OLE OPRY, and Rolling Stone Magazine named her one of 2017’s Country Artists You Need To Know. This will be Shelly’s debut UK tour.
“I don't know what Im more excited about, going on tour, or getting to listen to Shelly sing every night!!” - MARK CURRAN
