Hi Zero 2017 begins in the following fashion, with:

Tom Allen

Tom Allen's writing was recently described as "bombastic" by the Süddeutsche Zeitung. He is currently based in London and is a doctoral student at the University of Sussex. In early 2015 he published "Watch-Fires" with Materials Press, and his writing has appeared most recently in The Literateur and Brexit: Borders Kill.


Nisha Ramayya

Nisha Ramayya’s pamphlets Notes on Sanskrit (2015) and Correspondences (2016) are published by Oystercatcher Press. She teaches English and Creative Writing at Royal Holloway, University of London and the University of Kent, and is a member of the Race & Poetry & Poetics in the UK research group.

The usual music from a thing, books, bar, music and discussion, upstairs at the Hope & Ruin, just down from the train station in Brighton.
