Octopuses + Zluts + Beat Express + Hesh

Octopuses - band are back in Brighton with their first gig since playing Glastonbury in the summer. With a new album within tentacle's reach, this is sure to be an amazing show, after single Farmer's success on BBC 6Music and a hair raising late night show at Glasto, Octopuses are on a roll with their quirky take on psychedelic indie rock pop, and demand your attention!

ZLUTZ are having an amazing summer, having just smashed their set at Wilderness Festival. Consisting of Jenny Eva and Charlie Alexander, their rage-filled electropunk anthems, described as ‘nü-witch political trash-pop’, have opened up new doors for a fresh new take on DIY punk music.

Beat Express have firmly established themselves as a brilliant act regularly playing at the Carousel's Rock House events, Chris, Lee and Ryan always put on a fantastic rocking show, and we can't wait to see them play this night for us!

HESH describe themselves as "NEO-PYSCH POWER-PUNK". Wailing from Brighton, triptych HESH bring you a mash-up of all original Punk and Psych bangers. If METZ had a nasty speed habit, it would be this band.

An eclectic mix of genres then, guaranteeing an interesting night for all attendees! Don't hesitate to RSVP for the gig, would love to see your lovely faces at The Hope and Ruin this coming Wednesday 4th September 2019! :)

Special thanks to Max for the excellent poster!
