NIL BY HABIT 

Nil by Habit are a Brighton based post punk outfit formed in 2014 – think Squid, Shame, BCNR, Talking Heads, and Yard Act post punk, alternative rock, post hardcore and folk rock to create sinewy grunge-flecked art noise.
Made up of members originally from Leeds, Scotland and the South East they are now permanently based in Brighton where they have become a mainstay of the local gig scene with a juggernaut of a live show.
Their latest single ‘BBC’ deftly builds upon their previous release. It presents listeners with a powerful new track that punctuates into the still air, providing energy to any room.

SELF HELP 

Self Help, the thundering and trippy five-piece band from Oxford have been playing together since 2021, delivering an electrifying mix of raw punk and psychedelic rock with synths and electric guitars that’ll leave you wanting more.
Their energetic and charismatic performances are something you won’t forget anytime soon, with three frontmen taking turns in leading the charge. Self Help’s DIY approach to music-making is a testament to their passion for creating something unique and authentic. They’re always experimenting with new sounds and techniques to create music that’s noisy, unapologetic and boundary-pushing.
