BEELZEBAB’S story began in 2014. After several visits to Berlin and many kebabs Luke decided to sell vegan doner kebabs in Brighton. Many kitchen experiments later a seitan based doner “meat” was chosen to be served with fresh veg, homemade garlicky tzatziki and a smokey chilli sauce.
Having started off as a part-time street food stall, you can now find Beelzebab seven days a week at The Hope & Ruin where we also serve hot dogs, loaded fries, sides & more.
